Can You Play Stardew Valley With a Controller Reddit

Is in that location a way to connect my PS3 controller to play stardew valley on my laptop?

My first time playing this game and I thought information technology would be more than comfortable playing with a controller than a keyboard

Yup, my married woman uses it all the time. Just plug it in, cheque in the steam big picture fashion for a preset of ps3 controller and so you lot can modify it how you like

I play with a super cheap Logitech controller and it's awesome.

1 warning. If you pause the game (leave it on a carte du jour) to practise other things for also long the controller will disconnect and y'all may need to reset. Might but exist a me effect, but I wanted to give you a heads upward just in example.

There'southward an issue in how steam handles some controllers, steam controller and Xbox one controller don't do this.

Very expert betoken, i use a switch pro controller and haven't had this result simply it tin happen with ps3 and ps4 controller if accidentally disconnected. You lose the whole day when this happens which really sucks. Just make sure you end your days and salve before taking a interruption.

Yup I use an XBox controller. I take a Mac though and needed to download a program so information technology would format correctly.
